CJ Communications
In today's rapidly evolving landscape of communication technologies, it's essential to understand the various modalities that shape our global connectivity. Satellite communications stand out as a critical component, facilitating long-distance transmission of data, voice, and video across vast geographical expanses. This technology provides essential services, especially in remote areas where traditional infrastructure may be lacking. Another intriguing method is troposcatter communications, which utilises the scattering of radio waves in the troposphere to establish links over considerable distances. Despite its limitations, troposcatter offers a reliable alternative where satellite options may be prohibitive. Additionally, radar technology plays a vital role in both civilian and military applications, enabling precise detection and tracking of objects. Collectively, these communication methods underscore the importance of innovation and adaptability in our interconnected world, ensuring seamless information exchange and operational effectiveness.
GISS
Since 2015, GISS has continuously worked within the scope of design, production and integration of satellite communication systems, providing comprehensive solutions tailored to user needs. Their portfolio contains Manpack systems (backpack transportable), headed by the flagship SatPack COBALT terminal, FlyAway systems (transportable) with an automatic pointing system, like SMART, as well as communication vehicles (OTP/OTM) and HUB/MASTER stations.
Satellite communication is a significant segment of radio communications systems. Their mutual diffusion opens the capability to extend the local radio network over long distances and quickly deploy a command post in special or crisis operations, where time and reliable communication determine the success of mission. The TacNet400 series dedicated to this branch, based on transportable PELI-type suitcases, can be used both as aggregated and individual solution, depending on needs.
